The Shaw Neighborhood Housing Corporation will host its annual Fall For Shaw House Tour on October 7, 2012 from 12pm to 4pm.  Over 15 for sale homes of varying price ranges and sizes will be on display and open to the public.  The tour is free of charge to tour goers.   The Shaw Neighborhood Housing Corporation has played an important role in the continued development fo the Cleveland Arms condo building.   One unit is completed and the remaining units will be completed by February 2013.  They will be priced at $99,000 and the units will be 2 bedrooms/1 bath with top of the line finishes.  Please stop by and see the finsihed unit during the tour.  4217 Russell is also on tour.  You can pick your finishes in this home.  It has been gutted and construction is about to begin.

The Fall For Shaw event will be promoted all day Saturday and Sunday at the Shaw Art Fair ( Please stop by the SNHC tent at the Shaw Art Fair for a tour program (Saturday and Sunday) and during the tour on Sunday from 12pm to 4pm at our office located at 4103 Shenandoah.  Please download the tour program here.

The Shaw Art Fair will be held October 6 and October 7, 2012. The festival draws 10,000 people annually and  includes art, music, food, drinks and kids activities.  The Shaw Art Fair benefits the Shaw Neighborhood and is held on the 4100 and 4200 blocks of Flora Place.
