4217 Russell CompletedAfter being vacant for over 10 years, winning a lawsuit against the previous owner, and many months of extensive renovation, 4217 Russell is completed and on the market for $279,000. This is a great example of public and private partnership including leadership from Alderman Conway, City Counselor’s Office, LRA, CDA, Shaw Neighborhood Housing Corp, and residents of the block. The project also shows the benefit of the State Historic Tax Credit program.
