The site is 10,000 sq. ft. and the building is 2500 sq. ft. SNHC is facilitating the redevelopment by assisting CDA with finding potential developers/owners. We will help them with the application process. It is estimated the building and lot will need a significant capital investment to bring it back to life. Remediation is complete and the site is ready for development. Applications are due on Oct. 1, 2013.
