Given the history of the area and the amazing wealth of irreplaceable architecture, historic guidelines do apply to all new construction and exterior renovations in the neighborhood. SNIA is a volunteer organization that takes on projects to improve the neighborhood.

Citizen’s Service Bureau, CSB
The Citizens’ Service Bureau is the customer service department for the City of St. Louis. Citizens may contact the Citizens’ Service Bureau to register complaints or compliments regarding City services or neighborhood concerns using the form provided.
